Brentwood Borough is laying the foundation for the potential construction of a public safety building at the site of a dilapidated eysore. Prior to the demolition of the former Snee Dairy building, the Borough must seperately address the presence of two hazardous items at the property. Brentwood is seeking bids from qualified contractors for these pertinent projects. Vendors are invited to tender proposals for the removal of an abandoned underground storage tank from this facility. The municipality is additional requesting bids from firms for the abatement of asbestos at both this location and at the vacant triplex located at 10-12 Marylea Avenue. Interested contractors must acquire bid specifications from the Borough at a fee of $40. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10AM on Februrary 22nd; attendance is strongly recommended, as this conference will include the only opportunity to perform a pre-submission site visit. Final proposals are due by 1PM on March 19th. For more information, please click here.
