The position of Real Estate Tax Collector is an elected office in Brentwood Borough. Fay Bolland, a certified public account and former government finance officer with decades of financial experience, diligently serves the Borough in this capacity. The Tax Collector provides accuracy and accountability to the critical task of managing property tax revenues. For questions regarding your real estate tax bill, please call 412-884-4829 or visit the tax collection website.  The 2016 Borough property tax levy is set at 10.00 mils, of which 0.5 mils are allocated for preservation of the Brentwood Library.


Effective May 2013, local earned income taxes and delinquent property taxes are collected under contract by Jordan Tax Service.
