  • Community Day: Join friends and neighbors at Brentwood Park on July 1st.  Featuring a diverse assortment of food vendors, crafts, games, music, and children's activities.  Cap off an enjoyable day by attending a free rendition of Elvis Pressley tunes from Kavan & The Memphis Flash Band.

     

    Roadway & Sidewalk Projects: Pursuant to the five-year street improvement plan, the Borough is scheduled to rehabilitate sections of Bookman Avenue, Dailey Road, Brednick Street, Munsey Avenue, and several alleys. Brentwood will also continue its successful shared cost sidewalk restoration program by making necessary repairs on Bookman Avenue, Brentwood Avenue, and Clermont Avenue.

     

    Military Banners: These commemorative displays will be exhibited annually from Memorial Day to Veterans Day.  To view a list of program participants, please click here.  Additional space is available.  Complete the progam application to enroll.

    Pool Improvements: Phase I of this critical project is scheduled to commence upon the close of the 2017 season.  Primary components include the installation of a liner to protect the pool shell, the replacement of the concrete deck, and the creation of a new handicapped accessible entranceway. 

July 4th Committee Seeking Participation from Local Groups

 

The 98th edition of the Brentwood July 4th Parade is just over one month away! Local organizations are invited to participate in this popular event at no cost. Due to an alteration in staging procedures, it is critical that any interested organizations submit the requisite application as soon as possible. Please consider showing your pride in our community and our nation by marching, entering a vehicle, or creating a float. For more information, please click here.

 
Successful Summer Movie Series Continues

 

Brentwood Borough is excited to announce the presentation of four all-ages flicks in our community park.  Spend a warm summer night under the stars at one of these *FREE* events. On May 20th, enjoy "The Sandlot." This baseball-themed coming-of-age story will be festively exhibited in the outfield of one of our municipal diamonds! Then, settle in with your favorite group classic cartoon characters for a showing of "The Peanuts Movie" on June 25th.  The fun continues with "Alvin & The Chipmunks" on July 22nd and "Kung Fu Panda 3" on August 13th. The July through August events will take place near the cool, clear waters of our public pool. For more information, please click here

 

 
Up and Coming Country Talent to be Showcased at Season's First Concert

 

After a successful inaugural year, Brentwood Borough is proud to be resuming its summer concert series. Join us on May 14th for a performance by Amanda Jones & the Family Band; the sounds of this fun-loving, high-energy country group will be certain to brighten even the dreariest of days. This Cleveland-raised and Nashville-based artist will entertain attendees with a variety of original compositions and classic covers. The show begins at 7PM at Brentwood Park.
