Sewage Customers Reminded of Online Updates, Addressing Requirements

Brentwood Borough seeks to provide its residents with a variety of convenient methods for satisfying their sewage and refuse bills. Customers who utilize the online “Payer Express” module are reminded that PNC Bank, which hosts this software, recently performed a significant upgrade of its services. These alterations are designed to make the system more user friendly to individuals who view the page on a mobile device. However, no software update is immune from glitches and bugs. The Borough is aware that some customers have been temporarily unable to access their accounts; if you experience this problem, please contact our staff to have your data unlocked.

PNC Bank is also responsible for providing lockbox services on behalf of the Borough. Mailed payments are efficiently processed at a centralized off-site location. However, each day, the Borough receives a small number of checks at the municipal building. The majority of these payments are issued by financial institutions on behalf of customers engaging in online banking. If you utilize such services, please verify the vendor addressing information that you have provided for the Borough; in order for a check to be applied to your account, it must be mailed directly to the lockbox address at P.O Box 645304, Pittsburgh, PA 15264. Payments are only processed at the municipal building if they are associated with the final bill on closed account.
