  • Community Day: Join friends and neighbors at Brentwood Park on

June 30th.  Featuring a diverse assortment of food vendors, crafts, games, music, and children's activities.

Roadway & Sidewalk Projects: Pursuant to the five-year street improvement plan, the Borough is scheduled to rehabilitate sections of Pyramid Avenue, Sankey Avenue, Burdine Street, Towne Square Way Old Clairton Road, and several alleys. With the help of a state grant, Brentwood will expand the scope of its successful shared cost sidewalk restoration program.  In addition to the streets that are targeted for pavement resurfacing, the Borough will also restore sidewalks along Lanmore Avenue, Dalewood Street, Cloverlea Street, and Elton Avenue.

Military Banners: These commemorative displays will be exhibited annually from Memorial Day to Veterans Day.  To view a list of program participants, please click here.  Additional space is available.  Complete the progam application to enroll.

Pool Improvements: Phase I of this critical project is scheduled to commence upon the close of the 2018 season.  Primary components include the installation of a liner to protect the pool shell, the

replacement of the recirculation gutter, and the resurfacing of the concrete deck.

Community Day Celebrates Neighborly Spirit

Each Independence Day, Brentwood holds a renowned birthday bash for America. This year, the Borough will kick off these festivities with an event that honors the people that make our municipality a welcoming and unique place to live. Join family, friends, and neighbors on July 2nd at Brentwood Park for Community Day! The extravaganza will include a diverse assortment of tasty food, exciting games, and fun entertainment options. The party begins at 11AM and will be capped by a 7PM concert featuring the soulful electric sounds of a band that fits our “Red, White, and Blues” theme. Local businesses and organizations are invited to take advantage of this exceptional marketing opportunity by participating in the event. For more information, view the attached flyer.
